For the first time on any web site promoting Travel & Tourism, you can quickly locate many of your favorite local points of interest in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo Mexico on our new Google Maps Geo page.  Take this map for a spin especially in the Earth view. It offers incredible imagery and 3-D affects you won't see on any other Travel web site. One of the issues we encountered while developing this fun page is that there is more than one location in Mexico with the name of Ixtapa, so when you type in Ixtapa in the search window, it does not pull up Ixtapa on the beach.  You will need to enter in the search field, Ixtapa GR and it will pinpoint you to a point of land in Ixtapa, near Payla Linda.  You can then use the hand grabber tool (mouse) and grab the image and move it in any direction you chose.

This location finder is especially useful to travelers unfamiliar with the area for pinpointing an exact location of any number of the establishments listed.  As time permits, we will be adding more location pointers for you so if you have a special Point of Interest that you would like to see on this map, or have a photo of a Point of Interest that you would like to send in, please go to our contact page and send us your suggestions.  Have fun and enjoy this great new tool. Caution: It can become addicting.
